Day-to-day of the role: Plan, design, and produce teaching materials and resources suitable for the age and ability of the students. Deliver lessons that facilitate progression in student's learning and are tailored to the age and ability of the students. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Manage the classroom and teaching equipment to create a positive learning environment. Attend meetings and carry out administrative tasks as required. Provide leadership for students within a caring and secure environment. Work collaboratively with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and other educational partners to promote and deliver the school's priorities and policies. Engage in after-school support, pre-exam intervention sessions, and subject enrichment activities to enhance student learning. Use performance data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes. Maintain effective partnerships with parents to support and improve student and community achievement.
