Healthcare Co-ordinatorSalary: £22,974.30 We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting patient care through effective administration and coordination. Key responsibilities include managing patient communications, processing prescriptions, handling inbound calls and emails, and coordinating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
