Property Manager

37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm
£12.82 per hour - 3 month contract (possible extension, depends on performance)

The Client is a well-established and reputable property group across the UK. Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Milton Keynes. In this role as a Property Manager, experience is essential, as you will be managing a portfolio of 118 properties on behalf of one Landlord. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring both the Landlord and the tenants receive the highest level of service and support, acting as a point of contact for all queries and assisting throughout the tenancy process from beginning to end.
The role:
* Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy.
* Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants' maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to resolve issues.
* Work with the property management team to ensure that all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
* Ensure that all mandatory compliance/legislation is in place on all properties and that company processes are followed.
* Schedule repairs, inspections, and maintenance visits.
* Liaise with contractors to make appointments.
* Handle complaints.
* Provide administrative support.
Need to have:
* Excellent phone manner and spoken English.
* Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
* Ability to deal with complaints effectively.
* Ideally, have experience in this sector, but a good team fit is important.
* UK Driving Licence.
