Due to our continued expansion we've got an opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our team and be part of the next stage of our journey. As part of our sales team our Key Account Managers manage a portfolio of customers and drive sales activity across the business, striving to provide best in standard customer service every time. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of ESWL, build and maintain customer relationships and create new sales opportunities for the business. Key responsibilities Maximise sales and profit margin from allocated customer accounts, taking responsibility for the purchasing of customer orders in the most efficient and cost-effective manner Instigate and respond to RFQs in line with our target response times, delivering best in standard customer service Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, proactively gathering feedback to ensure ESWL remains the procurement partner of choice Demonstrate a broad understanding of customers assets and proactively drive new business opportunities Work with the wider team to ensure accurate sales processing, consistent and efficient delivery to customers and identify and resolve issues and queries promptly Background & Experience: Experience in a sales or account management role is essential Business development and external sales experience would be advantageous Skills and abilities: Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills Commercial awareness in conducting daily business Strong communication skills both verbally and written
