The role may also include an element of lunchtime cover.The role is varied, challenging and rewarding. It demands high levels ofmotivation and commitment along with the ability to promote positiverelationships with parent/carers and statutory agencies in order to support theeducational progress of the pupil.You will possess empathy, resilience, understanding, patience and bepassionate about working with children to provide a calm and nurturing learningenvironment.We seek an applicant who is motivated, confident and demonstrates theability to use their initiative, working to deliver a bespoke curriculum whichwill include practical skills such as gardening, cooking and crafts. You willwork effectively within a team to support the work of teachers in providinghigh quality learning opportunities for pupils.Full training and support will be provided.
