We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to joinour admin and clerical team supporting our Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy,Orthotics, Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy departments. You will offer a person-centered approachthrough offering a full range of reception, administrative and clerical dutiesthat supports the efficient and effective of running of the therapy and outpatientdepartment at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (BHNFT).
Main duties of the job
Youwill maintain a high level of professionalism whilst responsible for receptionduties for our therapy and outpatient services at BHNFT. You will be dealingwith enquiries and providing information to the general public both face toface and over the telephone.
Youwill be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective appointmentsystem for several out-patient therapy areas, including booking, cancelling andre-arranging appointments, sending appointment letters, recording patientreferrals and using our digital systems.
