Administrator / Customer Services
FlexsourceNI, part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for an Administrator within Customer Services for our client based in the Boucher Road area in Belfast.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. The Customer Care Team provides invaluable support to the sales team in Ireland in the areas of order capture and query management.
2. The role of the Customer Care Agent involves proactively calling our customers, maximizing selling opportunities of the brands to maintain and further develop our market sales share.
3. The candidate will also answer inbound calls and resolve emailed queries from both our internal and external customers, logging them as access on the system.
Experience Required
1. Candidates should ideally have customer service/outbound experience within an office environment.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Good standard of education.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday 9-5pm, 1 hour lunch (35 hours per week).
Contract Details
This is a fixed-term contract until December 2023 with an hourly rate of pay: £11.26 per hour. This is an urgent role, and we will be moving quickly on the recruitment process.
