Senior Project Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of £45m


About the role of Senior Project Manager

This opportunity as a Senior Project Manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to an Operation Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.


Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

* Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
* Responsible for managing a full site team
* Chairing subcontractor meetings
* Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
* Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
* Temporarily Oversee the M&E package in the early stages of the scheme.


Requirements for Senior Project Manager.

* Proven Track record as a Project manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
* Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
* Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
* CSCS Black
* NVQ level 6
* Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
