Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the Community Treatment and Care Team, based across various locations in Angus. You will provide care and support to patients and their carers within a clinic setting, working as part of a team.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership is implementing Transforming Primary Care Services, which includes developing a new model for treatment room care for patients in Angus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Management and triage of outpatient referrals to clinic appointments across CTAC sites in Angus.
2. Supporting and facilitating administrative processes.
3. Communicating effectively and organizing efficiently.
4. Working collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Travel within the service area as needed to support patient care.
6. Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
7. Achieving mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in an office environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of medical terminology and NHS appointment booking systems (desirable).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel across the service area.
* Membership of the PVG Scheme.
