Independent Living Wellbeing & Compliance Assistant

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent,
part-time, (30 hours per week) Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant, working at our
Independent Living Scheme in Whitehaven, with a salary of £19.859 - £20,726 per annum - 30 hours p/w (FTE £23,997 - £25,044).
You may also be interested in our Scheme Officer role (Home
Ownership) role 10 hours per week, £8,463 per annum (FTE £23,337), also
based in Whitehaven. These are two separate roles with different terms and conditions and
would require a separate application. We would consider an applicant working both roles
working a total of 40 hours per week.
You don’t need to have experience in working in housing to apply for this role. If you believe
you have the transferrable skills needed, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will
have experience and skills in a customer focused role that include:
• Working independently as well as part of a wider team
• Organisational skills and good time management
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
• Maintaining accurate and timely records
