In addition, visitors can enjoy touring exhibitions, a reimagined state of the art museum and entertaining festivals and events for the whole family.andnbsp;
A spacious cafandeacute; and shop are also part of this incredible site which is steeped in Darlingtonandrsquo;s rail heritage and will offer a family day out like no other.andnbsp; The venue will attract upwards of 300,000 visits annually, of which up to 100,000 are expected to be from outside the region. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will oversee and have input into the daily operations of the cafandeacute; whilst leading a catering team. This will include compliance with all HACCAP and health andamp; safety policies.andnbsp; You will develop, prepare and present a diverse and creative menu, be the lead Barista and possess excellent product knowledge and catering skills.andnbsp; A dynamic and focused approach to sales and KPIandrsquo;s is required, including the ability to work our EPOS system.andnbsp;
