Roster Administrator Based at Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE Salary: £28,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5:00pm We are looking for a dedicated Roster Administrator to join our team at our Office in Ringwood (BH24 3FE). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about efficient scheduling and resource management. As a Roster Administrator, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating employee rosters while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies. You will monitor staff attendance and availability, adjusting rosters as necessary to meet operational demands and collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate scheduling for employees, while also tracking shifts, overtime, and leave requests. Additionally, the Roster Administrator is responsible to generate and maintain accurate reports related to attendance, shift coverage and staff needs and ensuring compliance with internal policies regarding shift patterns and working hours You will be expected to provide updates to supervisors and managers on roster-related matters and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee data for scheduling purposes The Roster Administrators other duties include using rostering software/tools to create and manage schedules, troubleshooting any issues, and recommending process improvements. You will assist employees with inquiries related to work schedules, shift swaps, and leave requests while handling other administrative tasks as required. About you Youll have previous experience in roster administration, scheduling or workforce management This role requires strong organisation and time management skills with keen attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, experience in healthcare or hospitality, data analysis skills, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines would be beneficial.
