We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our excellent team. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our Customer Service Department.
This role is 9am to 5.30pm Monday through Friday
Your duties will include:
* Communication: handling incoming emails and chats through the dedicated customer service portal.
* Order Management: processing sales orders, issuing order confirmations, and handling quotations and queries.
* Customer Support: addressing delivery queries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and collections.
* Documentation: updating customer price lists, processing proof of delivery requests, and filing paperwork.
You will need a great eye for detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.
