About the role
As Commercial Manager you will ensure sound management of project finances, liaise with the Project Managers and demonstrate commercial awareness as well as legal knowledge, whilst negotiating with customers and subcontractors.
The Commercial Manager will ensure that the past, current and future projected financial status of all their construction projects is accurately reported and forecast. You will work closely with the Commercial Director to review all contracts with customers and subcontractors before they’re signed.

About the salary and rewards
For the role of Commercial Manager, there is on offer:
14. An excellent salary of circa £65,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus travel expenses to and from sites
