Eden Brown are seeking an experienced and motivated Motor Vehicle Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.
This is a full time permanent role.
In this role, you'll inspire and guide students in the technical and theoretical aspects of motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics, helping them gain the skills needed to excel in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons, practical sessions, and assessments in motor vehicle
* Develop engaging curriculum plans
* Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them build both technical skills and professional confidence.
* Maintain and update equipment and workshop spaces to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong background in the automotive industry, with hands-on experience in motor vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Teaching or training experience (Teaching qualification preferred but not essential-support to gain qualification can be provided).
* A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students at all levels
