Description:
This role involves planning, designing, and leading process studies to improve the quality and efficiency of products and plants.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support operational teams to resolve quality issues to ensure product quality and supply.
2. Issue production instructions.
3. Lead an 8D approach for internal and external complaints.
4. Analyse raw material feeds and generate reports.
5. Create documentation required within our ISO 9001:2015 system to ensure quality products are produced.
6. Update and report on quality KPI's.
7. Support the compliance function in providing samples, logging results, and summarising performance.
8. Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001:2015).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
1. Qualification in an Engineering discipline to HNC level or equivalent.
2. Experience in a quality engineering role.
3. Experience of working within manufacturing/mining/refining.
4. Knowledge of test methods, data analysis, problem-solving methodology, and other quality tools.
