Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional experiences and insights!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSales Objectives:\nTo hit all sales targets set by the Group Head of Sales\nExceed KPIs assigned across call times and meetings\nAchieve client rebook to set targets \n\nAdministrative Duties:\nUsing CRM to accurately update and maintain sales pipeline with all sales activity\nWorking with the marketing and data team to ensure target lists and opportunities are up to date\nUpdating and maintaining individual target vs current sales\nEnsuring all contractual paperwork is completed accurately\nAssisting accounts/finance team in chasing payments or outstanding invoices\nChasing marketing collateral/info from clients as required \n\nKey Account Management:\nOperate as the lead point of contact for and all matters specific to your accounts\nDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and clients\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives\nBe a real team player supporting colleagues across all accounts, where necessary \n\nCompetitor Events:\nAttending competitor events as required\nResearching event beforehand to assess number of potential leads/targets\nConducting minimum of 7 face-to-face meetings per day at competitor events\nCompiling report of attendance, results of visit and projected return \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in selling exhibitions and/or sponsorships\nExcellent numeracy and literacy skills 📊\nStrong organisation and time management abilities\nExceptional communication skills-both written and verbal\nA natural problem solver with a confident, outgoing personality\nProven attention to detail and a track record of accuracy\nCommercial awareness and business acumen \n\nWhy You Should Apply:\n\nProfessional development and training opportunities\n25 days of annual leave + bank holidays + an extra day for your birthday 🎉\nEnhanced employer pension contributions\nFun team-building events and regular socials\nDiscounted gym membership, health care scheme, and more! \n\nJoin us in creating exciting opportunities and unforgettable experiences in the events industry.
