Engineering Team Leader - Food Manufacturing - Night Shift
Location: Commutable from Peterborough, Norwich, Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Fakenham, Cambridge, Wisbech, and Thetford
Salary: Circa £62,000 + benefits package

What You'll Do:
As the Engineering Team Leader, you'll manage a small team of engineers, driving the efficient performance of the site's critical systems and equipment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prioritising breakdown responses to minimise downtime
Implementing and improving the site's PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedule
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high standards
Overseeing site services, including refrigeration systems and boilers
Managing permit control and compliance
Training and mentoring engineers
What We're Looking For:
Multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (food, pharmaceutical, packaging, or related industries)
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
