We have a fantastic new opportunity as a Strategic Organisational Development Lead (OD Lead) in our People and Change Team.
As a Strategic OD Lead, youll lead transformative cultural change that will have a direct impact on both colleagues and customers.
Youll play a vital role in supporting the director-level Change Board, enabling effective prioritisation, resourcing and delivery of the Everyday Better Change programme.
The Strategic OD lead is an agile role, We embrace flexible working arrangements, understanding and valuing the advantages it brings. At the same time, we expect the Strategic OD Lead to spend regular time in our offices in Grimsby and Boston and within our neighbourhoods. This is essential for building relationships, supporting teams and maintaining visibility across the organisation.
