Main duties of the job Clinical Service Provision: Lead a dedicated team of pharmacy technicians to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality medicines management service for our patients. This role focuses on ensuring excellence in patient care while driving the ongoing development of both the service and the team Develop and Update SOPs: Create, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in relation to the clinical services, ensuring adherence across various clinical areas. Training & Development: Train staff in all aspects of medicines management and clinical services whilst developing the knowledge and skills of pharmacy technician and pharmacy assistant workforce who provide it.
