Excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA or ACCA Qualified Audit Assistant Manager to join a highly regarded Practice in the Manchester area. Responsibilities will include:
* Support the management and delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, working closely with managers, senior managers, and directors
* Developing good client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through the whole process
* Supervising junior audit team members, reviewing their work and continuously supporting their development.
* Responsible for on-site audit findings report, identifying and documenting any areas of concern/risks identified by audit team, emphasising relevant messages, and submitting for review
* Ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards
* Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Applicants will be fully ACA or ACA Qualified and previous UK Audit experience is essential, as is up-to-date knowledge of relevant UK accounting and auditing standards, including FRS and IFRS. You will have excellent communication skills and will be a team player familiar with working in a collaborative team where everyone works to support one another.
