Our Client is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join their Business Support team. As the first point of contact for clients, resellers, and prospects, you’ll provide top-quality account management while proactively consulting on their Technology & Telecoms needs.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and attract new business
✅ Conduct regular business reviews with clients and resellers
✅ Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
✅ Take ownership of renewals and client retention
What they're Looking For:
✔ Sales experience, ideally in telecoms or ICT
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
✔ Experience with Salesforce (advantageous)
✔ A valid driving licence
