Engagement Mentor - Required from January 2025
Sandhurst School are looking to appoint an Engagement Mentor to promote the pastoral, welfare, attendance and where needed, safeguarding of our students. You will support the pastoral team in managing and leading the engagement of students. You will also act as a coach/mentor to a group of students and take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students and young people within Sandhurst School, to reduce and overcome barriers to personal development and progress of students.

The role requires the post holder to be professional, cooperative, and flexible, and willing to take on additional responsibilities, as can be reasonably expected of them within the scope and grading of the post. The duties outlined in this may be modified by the Headteacher to reflect or anticipate changes in the job, commensurate with scope and grading of the post.

Grade/Salary Range:
Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days per week, term time only (hrs to be agreed)
Grade: BG-I-SP6
Salary: £21,647 per annum including Outer London Allowance
