The Role: We are looking for a proactive and innovative Activity Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will design, organize, and deliver a wide range of engaging activities that support our students' educational and personal development goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and age-appropriate activities tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to align activities with learning objectives and individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment that encourages participation and builds confidence. Organize school-wide events, such as themed days, sports activities, and creative workshops. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, adapting where necessary to meet the evolving needs of students.About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to be: Passionate and Caring: Dedicated to supporting children with SEN and helping them achieve their full potential. Organized and Adaptable: Skilled in planning and managing multiple activities while responding to changing circumstances.Essential Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN in an educational, care, or recreational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices.Desirable: Experience in activity planning and delivery.
