HealthNet Homecare is looking for Part Time and Full Time Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technicians to join our growing and busy team Our dispensing team are at the heart of our operations, being responsible for dispensing over 1600 prescriptions per day to our patients. In a busy and bustling dispensing team, this is not a customer facing role being based in out Featherstone Dispensary. To efficiently check all information on dispensed patient orders to ensure that any errors are identified and corrected prior to the order leaving the responsibility of the pharmacy. To work collaboratively with other members of the dispensing team to ensure the efficient and safe running of the dispensary. To read and comply with all communications from head office and others to ensure necessary actions are undertaken for the pharmacy and customers. To contribute to HealthNet's commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding your suggestions to appropriate persons. To proactively support the HealthNet Operation by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time. Engage in personal professional development and attend mandatory training. Work flexibly and efficiently to meet internal and external customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards. Bring new ideas and approaches with an open mind. Qualifications: NVQ3 Accuracy Checking Technician qualification What experience and skills are we looking for? Essential 1 years experience in a Pharmacy setting Personal Skills & Qualities: Confident in providing accurate, technical expert knowledge on the accurate supply of the medicines we dispense. Build strong and collaborative relationships with the Pharmacy team, inspiring the team to work to a high standard to ensure we give customers and patients the best care possible.
