Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, including council buildings, service user locations, site visits, and from home to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Improvement and Development Service, you will undertake telephone duties, filing, photocopying, and all other general office duties. You will provide support for minute taking and organising meetings, and will also be required to use various Microsoft Office packages.
You will also be required to input data into the client index systems (Eclipse), CareFirst (care package recording system), and PECOS (ordering system).
In addition, you will support the Information Manager with Information Governance tasks, including freedom of information requests.
