Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Google Workspace refresh project, focusing on cybersecurity enhancements and authentication changes for our 4,700 users. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience with enterprise-level infrastructure changes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Google Workspace refresh project.
* Manage 6-7 cybersecurity enhancements planned for 2025, including authentication changes
* Oversee Google product delivery, particularly Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation
* Ensure effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
* Drive change management initiatives related to Google Workspace updates
* Collaborate with our MSP partner who delivers most of the enhancement changes
* Conduct weekly meetings with project sponsors to provide updates and capture key points
* Work closely with senior delivery managers and enterprise architects
* Manage various product pilots and their implementation
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in project management, particularly in Google Workspace environments
* Strong background in infrastructure change management
* Experience with enterprise clients, especially in implementing multifactor authentication
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and lead projects from scratch
* Familiarity with older systems and integration challenges
* Change management expertise, particularly in tech-related transformations
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in media or similar large-scale enterprise environments
* Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (technical expertise not required)
* Familiarity with Google Workspace products and their implementation
