Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior tech leaders to deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial meeting to finalizing contracts.
* Collaborate with the VP of sales to drive sales strategy for your territory.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in 360 sales or business development.
* Proven track record of achieving £20,000+ in new business per month.
* Full driving license is essential.
* Enthusiastic and passionate individual with a strong work ethic.
