Personality The ideal candidate will be able to deliver outstanding service and a positive customer journey within the General Insurance department. Reward £12.44 per hour Weekly pay Overtime paid above 35 hours Monday Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm Hybrid working Job Role: Handling calls from new and existing customers ensuring all customer requests/queries/changes are dealt with in a timely manner Providing tailored advice to renew motor/home/travel Insurance via inbound and outbound calls Ensure all customer documentation is sent accurately and to a quality standard Updating customer database ensuring excellent levels of attention to detail Skills and experience: Previous customer service experience Previous insurance experience preferably within Motor, Home and Travel Insurance The ability to work in a targeted environment Excellent attention to detail Professional and well-spoken telephone manner Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
