Primary Responsibilities:
1. Daily Living Support: Assist clients with essential daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their personal hygiene and dignity are preserved.
2. Medication Management: Oversee and administer medications according to prescriptions, ensuring clients stay on track with their medication schedules.
3. Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage clients in enriching activities and conversations to enhance their overall well-being.
4. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to clients' dietary requirements and preferences.
5. Household Maintenance: Handle light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
6. Mobility Support: Assist clients with mobility challenges, including the use of mobility aids and helping with transfers from bed to chair.
7. Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, care managers, and family members to create and implement personalized care plans.
8. Health Monitoring: Monitor clients' health and promptly report any changes or concerns to care managers or healthcare providers.
9. Emergency Preparedness: Be ready to respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and contact emergency services as needed.

Qualifications
