About The Pub: The Old Plough is a rare opportunity at one of our town local sites in Ashton on Mersey, near Sale. This site is at the heart of this thriving village and its community. It has an excellent reputation for quality drink and customer service. The site is heavily involved in the local community, hosting regular events such as Party in the Car Park and the Christmas lights switch on.
The Role: As a General Manager, you will be responsible for operating a wet led site that takes at least £20,000 net a week. You will be expected to self-promote through social media and build a fantastic local reputation with the ability to host quality events. You will engage with customers and their feedback is important to you. You will build and maintain a strong reputation based on great food and excellent hospitality, and motivate a strong efficient team.

* Able to plan and organise, with a strategic awareness of the long-term goals of the business and be able to achieve your objectives, using evidence-based decision making.
