Project Administrator required within soft furnishing and interior design Workshop administration - Working along side the workshop Manager. Logging in deliveries. Sorting and checking deliveries. Helping to check & measure. Pack and label. Organise deslivery to site/fitters. Keep workroom tidy. Assisting projects – contacting a customer once a deposit is paid, making sure customer know what has been estimated for. Arranging a check measure & fitting date. Order fabric samples, ordering any hardware, fabrics etc. Make sure all orders arrive on time. Check measurements of curtains & blinds with makers before being fitted. Make sure Diary appointment is correct before fitting date. Operations / Diary – check with PMs that their diary entries are all ok Make sure all entries have contact numbers & Project Numbers Learning SWISH (estimating programme)
