My client, a global consulting firm, are looking for an Associate Director to join their M&A team covering the Thames Valley and South Coast. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in the 2 nd biggest market in the UK outside of London, expanding their execution and origination capabilities, and has a clear progression plan to Director and beyond.

Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the team in executing transactions from start to finish across a diverse client portfolio.
* Manage deal teams and work closely with junior team members to prepare documentation for disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising.
* Play a key role in business development, liaising with clients, target businesses, and advisors throughout transaction execution.
* Preparing pitch documents and marketing materials and supporting presentations and sales pitches for new businesses.
* Overseeing the production of deal documentation, including information memoranda, teasers, and buyer research packs.
* Driving the origination capabilities of the team.
Required Experience and Skills:
* A Chartered Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A .
* End-to-end transaction experience, preferably across a range of sectors.
* Experience across buy-side, sell-side, and finance raising transactions .
* A commercial mindset, paired with a high level of accuracy, diligence and integrity .
* Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across a wide network.
