Purpose of the role
Purpose is to complete administrative duties for government contracts
Key Responsibilities
* Support travel arrangement for business projects
* Complete and collate agency payroll.
* Procurement and distribution of uniforms across multiple sites.
* Procurement of Stationery and stock taking across multiple sites
* Managing security access rights and distribution of ID cards across sites
* Arranging/booking meeting rooms, lunches and events
* Distribution and maintenance of all notice boards.
* Maintaining general upkeep of the office.
* Support with various reporting requirements
* Maintain administration and filing across multiple sites.
* Collating and inputting data ensuring the highest of accuracy.
* Work with Finance operations to resolve invoicing queries and payment issues.
Experience/Skills Required
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a strong team player.
* Accountability to yourself and others
* Extremely organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well as part of a team whilst able to adhere to company deadlines.
* Problem-solving aptitude to address issues and find solutions collaboratively.
* Excellent Communication skills with a range of audiences across the organisation
* Ability to always promote Company values.
