We are working with an established and successful food manufacturer on their newly created position of HR Advisor to support the HR Manager. With a permanent headcount of c350 this organisation has grown organically for the past 30 years and has significant future growth plans hence the need to add to their HR team.
Their commitment to maintaining animal welfare at the highest standard, combined with their industry reputation sees them working with an impressive range of retail and hospitality clients.
In this role, you will be working as part of a small on-site team at their rural site, supporting the HR Manager with operational HR activities helping to foster the growth of the organisation as they embark on their 5-year strategy.
Key information:
Salary £32-35K

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:
Supporting the HR Manager with generalist HR activity and deputising in their absence
Recruitment, selection and onboarding
Support with ER issues when they arise
Oversee employee training and development
Assist with the preparation of contracts
