Gray Construction is looking to add a Day Porter to the team in our Lexington, KY office!

Who we want… (Requirements)
High school diploma or equivalent; and/or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess previous cleaning and stocking experience.
Must possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and scheduling applications. Operation of Motor Vehicles, must possess a valid government issued Motor Vehicle (Driver’s) License in good standing. Must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The hours of the position are expected to be 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as required.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
* Check, clean, stock all restrooms in building
* Check, clean, stock all kitchens
* Check, clean, and stock coffee stations
* Clean store front windows and main entrance doors
* Dust Mop/Sweep/Vacuum all entrances
* Load/Unload dishwashers
* Stock building refrigerators with sodas and water as instructed by Facilities team
* Breakdown boxes left in the cutting area throughout the day
* Maintain cleanliness in box cutting area
* Complete special daily tasks as assigned by Facilities team members
* Stock all printer stations with appropriate paper
* Report low inventory levels to Facilities team members
* Work special events as directed by Facilities team members
* Support Facilities team members when required
* Travel to other Gray offices/spaces located in Lexington to perform cleaning/stocking
* Other duties as assigned

Frequently in a normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. Overtime may be required.
