Commercial Director
Alexander Steele have partnered with a well-known food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Commercial Director to join their site in Manchester. You will play a key role in driving revenue generation whilst ensuring brand growth nationwide. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while also focusing on strategic expansion and business development.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth and market expansion.
* Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.
* Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
* Manage budgets, financial planning, and overall company profitability.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all business functions.
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial role within the food manufacturing.
* Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
