2. 20% discount on food & drink across all Young's sites for you and up to 11 guests.
3. 20% discount on accommodation in Young's venues with rooms.
4. Free Meal if working a 6-hour shift

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, wet-led pub. Be aware, we are open until 3am every night of the week. As the successful Assistant Manager, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality, and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us. This is a hands-on position, so be prepared to pull your fair share of pints.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience working in a pub.
Salary range is £34k-£38k dependent on experience and the amount of hours you wish to work a week. The position is hourly paid with an hours bonus for every close you do as well. You would be expected to work a minimum of 45 hours in a normal week.
This is a live-out position.
At present, we are looking at an onboarding date in April, though this is flexible for the right candidate.
Thanks for your interest in working with Young's & Co. If you’d like to be part of our team, then apply now!
