The Role:
Reporting to the Patient Service Team Lead, the Patient Service Specialist will focus on delivering 5* customer service in line with our established customer service framework, converting patient enquiries/leads received via the telephone, website, DenGro, email and all social media platforms into bookings as well as ensuring that appointments are booked/amended accurately and efficiently. You will be making and receiving calls, handling emails, web forms, social media & WhatsApp Business messages from new and existing patients and handling them in line with the group’s customer service framework. You will work with operational reports to ensure the practices run efficiently whille contributing to achieving the team KPI’s by ensuring that all calls and other correspondence are answered promptly to achieve maximum patient engagement.
The Patient Service Team streamlines our customer service delivery, providing a centralised hub for handling all patient telephone and digital communication ultimately enhancing efficiency, consistency, and overall customer satisfaction.
The operational hours of the team are:
Monday 8am - 7pm and 8am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday
Actual working hours will be discussed with prospective candidates
Your Skills & Experience:
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering 5* customer service
A great communicator who truly listens and seeks to understand
Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
A positive outlook with a helpful, can-do attitude
Proficient computer skills and familiarity working with systems such as R4+ & CRM platforms
