Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessing and marking flood risk and drainage applications
2. Managing planning applications, especially from the Local Flood Risk Authority (LFFA) side
3. Providing technical input and support for various flood risk projects
4. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
5. Reviewing and providing feedback on flood risk assessments and mitigation strategies
6. Contributing to project planning and execution in line with flood risk management practices
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in flood risk management and drainage
2. Understanding of planning applications, particularly from the LFFA perspective
3. Proficiency in assessing and marking applications related to flood risk
4. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a range of stakeholders
5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
