French speaking Technical Support Administrator (Electronics)
Location: Maidstone
Hybrid work: 2 – 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £32,000 per annum negotiable plus bonus

Main duties:
1. To deliver technical support to customers providing outstanding service.
2. Respond to enquiries via email, phone and live chat.
3. Provide product support to customers and distributors.
4. Deliver technical troubleshooting.
5. Be responsible for returns and following up accordingly.
6. Provide purchase support.
7. Liaise with internal departments ensuring support to customers is maintained at a high standard.
8. Engage in professional development as required.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential.
2. Fluency in an additional language a bonus.
3. Experience in technical or product support needed.
4. Great customer service experience (B2C) within the electrical field preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. High attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
7. Car owner due to location of client.
