Our client – an energy consultancy delivering an online procurement and energy management services are looking for a Partnerships Development Manager who will identify, nurture and develop long-term affiliate and white label partner relationships with a diverse set of companies that bring on board significant volumes of high-quality customers. As the Partnership Development Manager, you will inherit a portfolio of partners that you will be responsible for nurturing as well as prospecting new partners and build strong relationship. Key responsibilities:
1. Develop the partner channel strategy in line with business goals
2. Identify the right relationships, as well as build and establish the partner pipeline
3. A mix of phone, video conference and face-to-face meetings
4. Manage your pipeline allowing for full visibility throughout the business
5. Work alongside product and marketing on channel and partner needs
6. Manage partner relationship to maximise output and maintain the best customer experience
7. Attend strategic networking events
Skills & experience required:
8. Previous partnership / commercial experience within I&C
9. Deliver revenue and profit target for the business from 3rd party Partners.
10. Experience of managing the full partner life cycle; finding and developing the relationship, managing through to set up, implementing into the business and managing performance
11. Ability to assess what makes a good commercial partnership and what to focus on
12. Great at building and maintaining relationships - internally and externally
13. An ability to show a completer finisher mentality
14. Passion for decarbonisation
15. Having existing relevant relationships in the utility/ energy space would be beneficial
