Description The Willis Towers Watson Enterprise Global Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO) is responsible for the day to day security activities of the information security team as well as supporting the security requirements of the 4 main business segments. The role has responsibility for a global team of 100 staff with a significant presence in North America, the United Kingdom and India. The GCISO is also responsible for a significant security investment agenda including improving operational capabilities and incident management as well as strengthening defences and increasing detection capabilities. The GCISO is the nominated executive for regulatory interactions including FCA, NYDFS, etc. This role also owns the main security vendor relationships with top tier suppliers such as IBM and PwC. The Role Chair of the WTW Information Security Steering Group and member of the WTW Information Governance Committee Member of the Corporate IT Leadership Team Motivate and develop the security organisation through strong leadership to constantly raise standards and capabilities. Attract and retain the best security talent including contract and permanent staff Ensure all security incidents are well managed with clear executive communications and root cause analysis Ensure security operations functions are efficient, well controlled and play key role in mitigating risks of identified vulnerabilities and threats Partner with business segments to help them manage client communications and respond to questionnaires relating to WTW security capabilities Partner with Head of Technology Risk and Control and Head of Privacy to deliver complimentary agendas. Drive security agenda in close collaboration with Segment and LoB teams Lead the security investment program to ensure mitigation of known security risks and drive adoption of security standards and technologies into business segments Manage significant vendor relationships Drive enterprise wide security architecture and roadmap.
