3t is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Officer on a fixed term contract, for a period of 12 months, located in Newcastle, UK.

The Role
As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be expected to manage ticket requests raised by clients using our software and ensure a high level of quality and service is maintained. You should be able to prioritise workload and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage ticket requests raised by clients using our software (Jira).
2. Provide advice and support to clients.
3. Investigate & identify bugs and escalate where necessary.
4. Liaise with the development team to resolve issues.
5. Update and respond to ticket requests within the set timescales.
6. Build and maintain a high level of customer support.
7. Raise any major issues with management.
8. Assist with providing data and reports to the management team.
9. Perform administration tasks, including diary management and travel arrangements for the Chief Digital Officer.
10. Coordinate and support all audit activities (ISO 9001 and others), ensuring all required documents are prepared, organised, and easily accessible for auditors.
