Job Purpose
As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will help standardise and improve functional support processes into one global operating model. You will be part of a team focused on delivering leading performance by ensuring we work in a consistent way, use best practices, and build expertise within a specific ‘cluster’ of factories across a number of countries. Our strategic vision is to improve the customer experience, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and enhance our cost to serve within each ‘cluster’.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead on developing a Safety & Security culture and standards.
2. Oversee regular performance review meetings with customers, suppliers & colleagues.
3. Act as the first point of contact & escalation for complaints and issues within your cluster.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and our IFM partner to identify improvement opportunities for GBS operations or customer processes.
5. Validate & manage budgets related to work done by the IFM partner.
6. Collaborate with colleagues and our IFM Partner to identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Identify & manage facility-related projects including structural improvement projects.
Job Requirements
1. Degree qualified.
2. Experience in hard & soft facilities management.
3. Experience of managing third-party service providers.
4. Strong in stakeholder management.
5. Knowledge of the manufacturing/process industry.
6. Knowledge of best practice solutions.
