We specialise in tackling complex network solutions, Dynamic System Monitoring, Power Quality, and Generator performance monitoring.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator with strong technical writing abilities to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks while ensuring seamless communication between engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders. The candidate should have a solid understanding of engineering concepts and excellent writing skills to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
Location: Rochester. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact between engineering teams, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet timelines and quality standards.
* Manage and update cost models, ensuring their suitability and accuracy.
* Facilitate meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Create, review, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, SOPs, system designs, and test specifications.
* Translate complex engineering concepts into understandable content for diverse audiences.
* Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, maintaining clarity and consistency.
Candidate Profile
* Engineering or technical background.
* Experience in project coordination or management.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Adaptability to evolving project needs and technological changes.
* Attention to detail and quality in documentation.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
