About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven individual to help accelerate our presence on Amazon outside of North America. As part of a global Amazon team you’ll partner closely with our North American colleagues to deliver a market leading listing in International markets.
In this role, you’ll own the relationship and commercial strategy in Int’l markets. You'll be responsible for unlocking the full potential of our partnership in the UK, DE as well as leading our expansion into new EU markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Account Management and Product Listing Optimisation:
o Partner with brands to develop and execute sales plans and strategy.
o Develop strategy and manage the execution of online/site merchandising to achieve online marketing and sales goals.
o Conduct weekly meetings with Amazon Vendor Services Manager to ensure alignment on activity execution, submission of promotional nominations form and listing optimisation (variations, count type, titles, browse nodes etc.).
o Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure they are optimised for search visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
o Collaborate with the content lead to ensure product descriptions, images, and keywords are aligned with Amazon’s best practices, ensuring smooth launch of new product launches and brand renovations.
o Forward planning and execution of copy translations for PDP, Creative and Ads copy.
o Collaborate with the content lead and ads manager to ensure copy optimisations are aligned with quarterly KW targets with any relevant SKW updates reflected throughout the required touchpoints.
o Cross collaborate with Supply & Demand (product specs, weights & dims), Creative and Ads team to ensure smooth launch of NPI in a timely and effective manner. Manage enrollment into Vine programs and pairing with global variants.
2. Sales and Performance Reporting & Analysis:
o Monitor key performance metrics (Sales, Market Share, Organic Rank etc.) and maintain a performance scorecard with commentary on recommendations for improvement.
o Analyse performance data to identify insights & trends and identify opportunities to pivot or scale tactics in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
3. P&L Ownership and Demand Forecasting:
o Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to forecast demand, accurately capturing upcoming demand patterns, promotional activity and market trends.
o Manage and mitigate the risk of OOS by accurately tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the supply teams to ensure minimal out of stock rates.
o Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and seamless customer experiences.
o Actively manage trade promotion budget and retail media budget to ensure brand profitability targets are met.
4. Compliance & Policy Adherence:
o Ensure all Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices are followed to maintain compliance.
o Stay informed on Amazon changing policies and updates, making necessary adjustments to strategies and operations to remain compliant in the UK and EU where trade policies differ.
5. Business Development Strategy:
o Analyze and develop possibilities for Harry’s and Flamingo brands to scale across other EU Amazon marketplaces and develop GTM plans.
Who You Are
* Experience: 2+ years of experience in Amazon Vendor or Seller Central with a focus on Amazon-specific platforms.
* 2+ years leading an Amazon enterprise account role for a manufacturer.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven ability to interpret data, tell a story, and provide actionable insights.
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems related to Amazon account performance and operations.
* Amazon Tools Experience (e.g., Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.) is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced training in Excel. Must be able to use advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, pivot reporting, v-lookups, filters, etc.
* Experience in product catalog forecasting based on synthesizing various inputs.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is £59,200 -£81,400, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
