We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support the Accounts and Quality department for a well-established company in Littlehampton. This is a temporary position working in the office Monday-Friday, flexible hours can be considered for the successful candidate. Responsibilities: Collate and present reports to the Managing Director Raising and emailing daily, weekly, and monthly customer invoices and credit notes. Processing supplier invoices and credit notes Manage building and asset maintenance, tool calibration, supplier credentials, and COSHH substances Document control and maintain the Internal Improvements Tracker Arrange and monitor staff training, assist in audits, and process invoices Assist with accounts receivable and end-of-month processes Take minutes of meetings The successful candidate will be proficient in Office 365 and Excel and be able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team. The hourly rate of pay for this role would be between £14 per hour on a temporary basis.
