The Engineering team: You will provide functional support to our Engineering Teams within Systems and Software, playing a vital role in continuous improvement, process enhancement, team inspiration, and efficiency in one of the world's leading defence, security, and aerospace companies. In this role, you will manage Systems and Software teams, enabling the development and delivery of products across a diverse range of commercial and military platforms, including Head-Up and Head-Worn Displays, Safety-Critical Pilot Controls, and Flight Control Systems.
