In this role, you’ll provide emotional and behavioural support to students facing mental health challenges—helping them feel safe, heard, and capable of achieving their goals. Role Accountabilities: Offer emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs. Help individuals build coping strategies to manage their mental health. Work with other staff to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone. Assist in day-to-day activities, providing support where needed. Encourage personal development, independence, and confidence. Monitor and track individuals’ progress, providing feedback when necessary. Promote mental health awareness and contribute to an understanding, supportive atmosphere. Role Requirements: Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals. Ability to adapt to individual needs and provide tailored support. An updated CV (covering the last 10 years, with no unexplained gaps).
